Altbau-Sanierung, 2019 Nürnberg

Eines unserer ersten Projekte. Hierbei handelt es sich um die Sanierung einer Altbau-Wohnung in Nürnberg. Die alten Fußböden wurden komplett ausgetauscht, das Bad und die Küche neu hergerichtet. Gleichzeitig wurden neue zeitgemäße LED-Deckenleuchten installiert, sämtliche Heizkörper, Anschlüsse und Garnituren gegen Neue ersetzt. Das Farb- und Materialkonzept ist auf das Wesentliche reduziert und beschränkt sich auf Weiß, Eiche und Edelstahl.

Apartment refurbishment, 2019 Nuremberg:
One of our first projects. This involves the renovation of an apartment within an old existing building, in Nuremberg. The former floorings have been completely replaced, and the bathroom and kitchen have been renewed. At the same time, new contemporary LED ceiling lights were installed and all radiators, connections and fittings were replaced with new ones. The color- and material concept is reduced to the essentials and limited to white, oak and stainless steel.
